Crookham Nets collects personal data about you to enable us to provide you with our services

The information you provide on all our forms including, but not limited to, the Registration Form, Medical and Photo Consent Forms will only be used to help us provide this service and will not be shared with any third party without prior consent (unless in a medical emergency)

We will only use your data for the purpose for which it was collected and never share it with any third parties without your prior consent

We will use your data to manage future communications between us

We may use your data to send you information about our products and services. You can opt out from receiving such communication at any time by emailing info@crookham-nets.com

Data is held in secure computer and manual files.  We have approved measures in place to stop unlawful access and disclosure

We will retain your information for the duration of your membership followed by a 1 month period to ensure the completion of all account matters.  Once this period has passed, all information will be removed from our systems and manual files securely destroyed

The only information retained for financial purposes will be transactions and payments made to the club

If you have consented for photos and video footage to be taken and used appropriately by us in publications, website and social media, we will retain these unless you request otherwise
